How do I return a parcel?
1. Please enclose a note in the parcel clearly stating
the reason for return, quantity enclosed and action required.
2. Label the parcel clearly with the address as shown blow.
3. Take the parcel to the Post Office. We strongly advise that you use the
'Compensation Fee Parcel' for parcels valued over £20 or obtain a 'Proof of Posting'
certificate for parcels under £20. Please ensure your parcel is covered
for the value of its contents.
4. Please note that returns 'Postage and Packaging' is only refunded if goods
are faulty, incorrectly sent or for an unacceptable alternative.
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to
give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange
or refund as long as
it is new and unused and in it’s original packaging. Hattie Smart
cannot accept returns on used merchandise.
Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. By law,
customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the
purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date
the item is delivered. Proof of purchase will be required.

the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if
the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back
from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the
item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you
will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional
services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order,
we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item
together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any
priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. For more
